About
Founded in 1861, Geraldton Turf Club is Western Australia's oldest provincial racing club. Its racecourse on Eastward Road, Geraldton, hosts thoroughbred meetings through the season, including the Geraldton Cup, Geraldton Ladies Day and the Walkaway Cup. General admission is free on standard race days, and the course has TAB betting, the TAPDOG Cafe and public bars. Trainers can use on-course stabling and trackwork facilities. The club also takes private bookings, with trackside marquee packages, a members' area and function spaces for weddings and corporate events. It is a hub for racing in the Mid West region.
