Equine Rewind
Waikouaiti Otago
About
Based in Waikouaiti in the Otago region, Equine Rewind provides equine musculoskeletal bodywork, laser therapy, and holistic horse care services. Operated by Tara, the practice focuses on releasing tight muscles and resetting movement patterns to allow the body to realign naturally. Initial consultations take approximately two hours and involve a comprehensive examination, addressing trapped tension, energy and meridian balance, and physical restrictions throughout the body. Following treatment, clients receive tailored guidance on exercises, nutrition, hoof health, and management adjustments to support ongoing recovery. Tara works alongside veterinarians and other equine professionals to assist horses with gait issues, behavioural changes, stiffness, uneven stride length, and general performance concerns.
