About
All About Horses operates from Waitoru Farm, a 40-acre family-run organic property situated in the Maramarua Forest in the Waikato region, approximately 45 minutes from Manukau, Auckland. The facility specialises in natural horse management and herd-based agistment, utilising track and equicentral systems to support movement and equine wellbeing. Run by Kirsten Rose, the business brings more than 30 years of combined experience in farming and horse care. In addition to agistment, All About Horses offers natural horsemanship lessons and clinics, focusing on groundwork, handling, and transitioning horses from bitted to bitless riding. Barefoot hoof trimming is also provided for grazing horses, drawing on more than two decades of trimming experience to assist with transitions from shoes to bare hooves.
